Rewind 2011
Today Apple released the best apps of 2011 on their iOS platform, meaning the iPhone and iPad. The usual dignatories of the app world were on display. Angry Birds domination of the Paid and Free apps was to be expected, with a bit of Fruit Ninja slicing in on the pie.
The best app of the year was Instagram. A photo shooting uploading app, making it easy to share photos you take on your phone. Game of the year was won by Tiny Tower. A tower building app that you need to fill with tenants. Read more…
