This Saturday it was first time some of the Injoit team managed to get together for an outdoor event. Everybody had a great time and here are the photos of the fun we had. Click on the “Read more” button to check them.

On the way to Lyubotin, our destination place, we got stuck in a massive traffic jam which caused a delay of about 1 hour. I’ve later found out that this might have been due to road closures because of the Mosfilm filming a movie about Leo Landau, the famous physics scientist, in our city. Anyway, we had fun listening to music in our cars and finally got there.

You may find the logs and coal in the supermarket still manual wood cutting is a healthy activity for IT people.

On the background you may see the banya, a Russian-style sauna which is distinguished by a high level of humidity, S&M elements where people whip each other with birch branches and some other nice things such as running out to roll in the snow, shouting, drinking vodka etc.

Sexy man on the photo is our QA person, Alexander. It is obvious a tester should be the first person to check the temperature in the banya and signal others if the conditions are life-compatible. Test passed ok, no exceptions triggered. The whole team can pop in and get steamy.

After a while the whole team injoys™ the feast featuring shashlik (BBQ), other foods and drinks and, of course, banya.

Due to a lack of snow in October, a water from the well is used for cooling off. Unique pictures of content manager and PHP coder getting their full buckets of cold water from their CEO (Karina, Vladimir and Taras respectively). Only in Ukraine. Only with Injoit.

Feast table turned into poker table, the activity which took us the rest of the night. Elena the web designer is winning (she had never played poker before).

The experience finally takes over. Greedy-Alex-the-project-manager grabs the bank.

Afterwards, when the whole company got tired, Elena and Alex had agreed on the draw, we headed off from Lyubotin for a deep night drive back to Kharkov.
